Samuel is originally from Irvine, California where he acquired most of his flight experience. He graduated with his Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona. He then worked as an aerospace engineer for both Boeing Aerospace. And, for Northrop Grumman aerospace company for 5 years. At Boeing Samuel worked in the Flight Test divisions. On both the Boeing 747-8 and C-17 aircraft programs. At Northrop Grumman Samuel worked on the Trident Submarines class launcher.
Along with his extensive work in the aerospace industry, Samuel has been flying since 2007. And Flight Instructing since December 2017. Samuel likes to make Flight Training fun, safe, and exciting. He makes sure that his students can perform well above the minimum standards. And, have fun at the same time.
When not in an airplane or at the airport, Samuel likes to enjoy his time in the outdoors. And on international trips. Samuel is an avid mountain biker. Favorite places to ride in the Bay Area include trails in Marin County.
His recent travels include: hiking the “O” circuit in Torres Del Paine, Chile. The Annapurna Circuit in Nepal. And, the Tongariro Alpine Crossing in New Zealand.
